A kitchen sink and disposal are two of the most used things in most kitchens. Cleaning them often helps eliminate foul smells and keeps them looking great.

I try whenever possible to use natural products for cleaning. Alcohol and water is one of my essentials in all areas of cleaning. (1/2 water and 1/2 alcohol mixed in a spray bottle.)

I use a scrub brush and warm water to clean out the rubber flaps on the inside of the disposal. When all the gunk is gone, I sprinkle 1 cup of baking soda down the disposal. I follow up with paper towel sprayed with my alcohol solution which leaves my sink and fixtures shiny and looking new!
