JDR Cleaning Service, Inc. provides professional cleaning packages for vacant and staged homes that are for sale in Western North Carolina.

INCLUDED SERVICES: • All Floors vacuumed and/or mopped • Blinds dusted • Fixtures dusted • Tubs, showers, toilets cleaned and disinfected • Window ledges and all moldings dusted • All kitchen counters and cabinets cleaned and disinfected (including inside of cabinets) • Appliances cleaned and disinfected (excludes heavy duty interior oven cleaning) • Closets wiped down including all shelving • All furniture (in staged homes) dusted

PRICING • 1000 sq ft or less- $250 • 1000-1499 sq ft. – $275 • 1500-1999 sq ft. – $300 • 2000-2499 sq ft. – $325 • 2500-3000 sq ft. – $350 ADDITIONAL CHARGES FOR: • Mold clean up • Any exterior clean up of home • Hauling of trash • Heavy duty interior oven cleaning • Dusting of chandeliers • Carpeting cleaning • Stripping and waxing vinyl floors • Deep scrubbing of ceramic tile and grout

I want to hire JDR Cleaning Service, Inc. What next?

1. Call Debi at (828) 667-1700 to schedule a day and time.
2. Return a signed copy of our contract by fax, e-mail, or mail.
3. Pay in full by check, credit, or debit card to JDR Cleaning Service, Inc. at least 48 hours
before your appointment.*

* Cancellation of services requires 24 notice. A $50 service charge will be deducted from money
refunded.

What happens the day of cleaning?

As long as there is a lock box on the door, it will not be necessary for anyone to meet Richard at the house. As a licensed Real Estate Broker in North Carolina and a member of the Asheville Board of Realtors, Richard will have a key. Richard will require written permission from the Broker to enter the home. If there is no lock box on the door, either the owner of the home or the Broker will have to meet Richard and the crew to open the home. JDR Cleaning Service, Inc will clean the home according to agreed upon specifications.

House will be securely locked up and Broker will be notified that the job is completed.

*If the crews do not have access to the home but have traveled to the site, there will be a $50 additional charge per hour until someone arrives to open the home.
